Wholesaleout facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers but is not a party to any transactions. All agreements are directly between buyers and suppliers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

6. MOQ Pooling

When participating in MOQ pooling, you agree to:

• Honor your commitment to purchase your allocated quantity
• Complete payment within the specified timeframe
• Accept that pools may be cancelled if minimum requirements are not met

7. Fees and Payments

Certain services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our platform. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Wholesaleout, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Wholesaleout or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wholesaleout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Policy.
